Ingredients

  • 2 ORBE tins of mussles
  • 50 g of cashew nuts
  • 85 g of water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 40g of oil
  • Salt

Preparation

We open the tins of mussels and keep them. We prepare the ajobando with all the ingredients by mixing them well.

Plate up

Once plated it up, with a pastry bag, add a nut’s quantity of ajobando sauce over each mussel and serve it.
